1. Services Provided

1.1. The instructor offers theoretical and practical skincare courses, both recorded and live, covering dermatological science, cosmetic formulation, and related topics.
1.2. Each course includes structured content, downloadable resources, and optional certification.

2. Course Access & Participation

2.1. Upon registration, the student receives access to recorded content for a period of 30 days.
2.2. Extensions, pauses, or suspensions of course access are not permitted.
2.3. Participation in quizzes and final assessments is mandatory to receive a completion certificate.

3. Certification

3.1. A course completion certificate is issued after successfully submitting all required assessments.
3.2. Students may request an additional CPD International Certificate within 3 months of completion. Extra fees apply.

4. Payments

4.1. The student agrees to pay the full course fee prior to accessing the content.
4.2. Failure to complete payment may result in denial of access or cancellation of enrollment.

5. Refund Policy

5.1. Due to the digital nature of the content, all sales are final and non-refundable.
5.2. No refunds will be issued for missed access periods or unused course content.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1. All course materials, videos, presentations, and documents are the intellectual property of Dr. Israa Elshebli.
6.2. Students may not reproduce, redistribute, or share any course materials without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. The instructor is not responsible for outcomes related to product use, self-application, or misuse of course content.
7.2. Course access and participation are at the student’s own discretion and responsibility.

8. Privacy & Confidentiality

8.1. Any personal data provided during course registration or participation will be handled confidentially and not shared without consent.

9. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Jordan. Any disputes shall be settled through the courts of Amman.
